Lu-Inge Kilian Physiotherapist

Hi, I'm Lu-Inge (or Lou), the physiotherapist behind Lume HealthCare.

I created Lume to provide physiotherapy that feels both supportive and empowering. My approach is gentle, thoughtful, and evidence-based, while focusing on your specific goals. I believe recovery works best when you feel heard, understood, and confident in the plan ahead.

I have a special insterest in helping people prepare for and recover from orthopaedic surgery, manage osteoarthritis conservatively, and overcome musculoskeletal pain and injuries. Whether you're trying to avoid surgery, getting ready for a joint replacement, or working to return to the activities you love, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

My treatment focuses on more than just reducing pain. I work with you to build strength, improve movement, and develop the knowledge and confidence to take control of your recovery.

At Lume, my goal is to create a calm and encouraging space where you feel supported while achieving meaningful, lasting results.
